Is hypnosis safe? Will I lose control?
YES. Hypnosis is completely safe! It is a natural state that you enter every day - like when you're deeply focus on a book or driving on autopilot. Hypnosis is an alpha brain wave state of deepened relaxation.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.
You will never be controlled or forced to do anything against your will.
How many sessions do I need?
Most clients experience significant breakthroughs within just 3 sessions! However, the number of sessions ultimately depends on the depth of your issue you want to heal and consistency listening to the recordings. The EMPOWR Method requires a minimum of 3 sessions, then additional sessions may be purchased if needed.
What if I don't think hypnosis will work on me?
Many people feel this way at first, but hypnosis is simply a natural state of deep focus and relaxation. Even if you think you "can't be hypnotized", RTT still works because it's not about losing control - it's about gaining clarity and shifting subconscious patterns.
Do I need to revisit painful memories?
RTT helps you uncover the root cause of your beliefs, which may involve revisiting your past experiences. However, you won't relive them painfully- you'll observe them from a safe, detached perspective to reframe and release them.
What can I expect during a session?
For your first EMPOWR session, we will mainly be reviewing your history and what you would like to overcome or achieve. I will be making notes and collecting some vital information from your conscious mind so that I can provide you with the best personalized care. From there, I will provide you with how we will use hypnotherapy in your following sessions. I will go over common misconceptions about hypnosis and answer any questions you may have.
For your second and third (or more) EMPOWR sessions, you will enter a relaxed state of hypnosis, explore past experiences related to your issues on a subconscious level, and receive transformative suggestions to promote healing and change.
Is the EMPOWR Method process different for each client?
Yes, The EMPOWR Method is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client. Ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
How does it work via Zoom?
The EMPOWR Method can be effectively conducted over zoom, utilizing the same techniques and processes used in in-person sessions. Sessions via zoom allow the client to feel more relaxed in the comfort of their own space. Also eliminating having to worry about driving to, arriving on time or locating an office prior to your session. Many clients feel a bit sleepy following their session as well, so it greatly benefits not needing to drive immediately after.
The differing factor between in person and Zoom sessions, is that the therapist can't physically touch your forehead or arm like how they would (if given permission) in person. Instead, snapping our fingers is utilized, but still provides the same result.
Is this method suitable for everyone
Since The EMPOWR Method utilizes RTT and hypnotherapy, it is NOT suitable for those with:
*Severe mental health conditions- schizophrenia, psychosis
*Those that suffer from any auditory or visual hallucinations or disorders.
However, it IS effective for very many!! Results can vary based on your approach to each session and dedication to listening to your audio for a minimum of 21 day's following. It's VERY important to attend your sessions with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process.
How do I book a session?

Do I need any special equipment for Zoom sessions?
All you mainly need is a stable internet connection, a device (ideally a computer) with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, comfortable space where you can be free from distractions.
How long are the sessions typically?
Your first session can run anywhere from 45-80 minutes.
The second and third sessions typically last 60-120 minutes.
Since sessions are completely personalized to you, unique to your situation and what you choose to share, this creates a time discrepancy. Not a one size fits all.
Can I be hypnotized if I'm skeptical?
Skepticism can be somewhat of a barrier to hypnosis, but many people find that once they experience it, their perspective changes. Openness to the process can enhance outcomes without needing additional sessions.
